The hotel trip people want to hear about
Furniture from 90s, dark room and no coffee/tee on the room.
Thats how our trip started.
From the outside the place looks cozy, but the rooms could need an upgrade.
The water in the shower was alternating between warm and cold.
The staff on the hotel could be more polite and open. Though the cleaning lady was polite and friendly.
In the breakfast buffet you were not getting confused by the different foods, since there was not much to choose from.
The town itself is ok, but we thought there was a regular beach, but here we were disappointed aswell.
The hotel is probably more for elderly people.
All in all the price was way too high compared to the quality overall.

Pésima gestión. Reservo habitación para una noche en el hotel Hotel Neuwarft Ketelsen, a través de Dagebüll Turismos y me veo en la obligación de cancelar por Covid. Esta cancelación, a pesar de enviarme Dagebüll Turismus la confirmación de dicha cancelación, según el hotel la reciben con fecha posterior a la reserva, por lo que el hotel me quiere cargar el 100% del precio de la habitación, sin descontar el porcentaje al que tengo derecho por haber cancelado. Entre el hotel y la Organización turística no se ponen de acuerdo, a pesar de haber contactado en repetidas ocasiones con ambos para aclarar esto y con el ruego de que se me envíe la factura con el importe que debo abonar. Ahora recibo una reclamación por impago desde un bufete de abogados, no sólo no sin descontar lo que deberían, sino añadiendo importes por demora en el pago. ¡Esta es la buena gestión y atención al cliente en Alemania! ¡no doy crédito! Creo que soy yo quién va a presentar una demanda tanto al hotel como a Dagebüll Turismus.

Schönes Hotel an der Nordseeküste - Dagebül
Schickes Hotel in der Nähe des Hafens von Dagebül. Freundlicher Empfang, schickes Zimmer gute Gaststätte im Haus. ca. 2 Minuten zu Fuß vom hafen entfernt, liegt an einer Verkehrsveruhigten Straße.

Parkmöglichkeiten - trotz großem Parkplatz - fast kaum möglich, lange Haare im Badezimmer gefunden, Zimmer überhitzt sowie nicht klimatisiert. Wir haben uns einen Ventilator selbst gekauft, da keine vorhanden waren. Rezeptionspersonal war OK. Nicht mehr und nicht weniger. Hotellerie ist anders als Campingplätze zu vermieten. Das muss ganz anders laufen.
Das Frühstückspersonal war bezaubernd. Immer freundlich und zuvorkommend. Am zweiten Morgen war der Frühstücksraum gegen 09:30 Uhr leider mit Partyutensilien auf dem Boden versaut. Es wurde nicht gesäubert.
Die Sterne gibt es tatsächlich nur wegen dem Frühstückspersonal. Ansonsten waren es weniger Sterne geworden.

Gute Lage. Keine telefonische Reservierung möglich. Die Zimmer im älteren Teil sind in Ordnung, aber mehr auch nicht. Klemmende Fenster, schwankende Temperatur der Dusche. Frühstück eher einfach. Wir buchen gerne familiengeführte Hotels, und sind damit fast immer gut gefahren. Neuwarft ist aber der eindrucksvollste Beweis, dass das nicht zwangsläufig so ist. Das Personal wirkt überfordert und verängstigt. Der Eigentümer geht mit Personal wie Gästen gleichermaßen unmöglich um und scheint ein Choleriker zu sein. Gäste scheint er nicht nötig zu haben. Beruf verfehlt muss man da leider sagen.
